A Station Menu Blackboard13/12/04  Fram Station

Lunchers were Fi with Stella (fresh from the hairdresser), Katherine (who admitted she had been getting the emails), Mark (who had to get back to work), Hugh, Mrs Hugh, Hugh's daughter, Spadge, NaTCH, Goddess Steph (who had managed to gild her divinity with copper) and Max, Vernon who used to go in the Vic, Vernon who used to go in the Vic's daughter, The Brewer, and Matt not in a hat.  Inexplicably by some process of osmosis a table had been reserved for us, Esther managed to keep track of the multiple bills, with Mike in the kitchen the food was of course excellent if elegantly restrained in quantity, Sadie waited tables and was charming.  Conversation included the car chase in Bullit, the Compost Association Conference, and ESB's proposed St Valentine's beer "Jolly Roger".  (Last visit 13/11/02)

The Glenham Lion12/10/04  Glemham Lion

Good turn out with Spadge, Hugh, Malcolm fresh from a fraud investigation, NaTCH, Matt (we think hatless), The Brewer, Goddess Steph, and Max but he had to stay out in the car.  Good condition Adnams served but no ESB though Matt and The Brewer delivered whilst we were there.  For some reason conversation was predominantly smutty but I can report that when Matt suggested dipping into the recently pocketed brewery money The Brewer observed that if he did Carol would break his fingers in the morning.   (Last visit 09/01/02)

17/08/04  Rendham White Horse

Lunchers were Spadge, NaTCH, The Brewer, Goddess Steph, and Max.  Good selection of beers but no ESB.  (First visit)

08/06/04  Otley White Hart

Not a lot of conversation.  AfAR from Spadge.  (First visit)

Chris and Chris' Lady Friend09/03/04  Earl Soham Vic

Chris' birthday was celebrated loudly by Chris' Lady Friend, Ben, The Brewer, Goddess Steph, Kate, Rob, Daughter Zoë, Richard V, NaTCH and Hugh.  Conversation include the mysterious death of Marco Pantani, Los Pistoleros' recent gig at The Manor Ballroom, and Hugh ensured we all knew the Swedish for Loch Ness Monster.  (Last visit 09/12/03)

The Three Tuns Entrance10/02/04  Pettistree Three Tuns

Spadge introduced Harold Pinter as a topic of conversation and NaTCH got him thoroughly mixed up with Arnold Wesker and Samuel Beckett.  Goddess Steph told us that a past barmaid at the Tunstall Green Man "lived at the back in a caravan with a lesbian ... because there wasn't an Aga".  Matt not in a Hat had a pudding.  AfARs from Rob (working), and Richard V who now has a web site(First visit)
