Officers are appealing for witnesses or information following a road traffic collision in Yoxford.

Police were called on Tuesday 22 May at around 9.35pm to reports of a single vehicle collision on the A12 near Town Farm Lane, just south of Yoxford.

The vehicle, a grey Citroen Xsara, travelling northbound, left the carriageway and collided with a tree. The single occupant of the vehicle, a man in his
70s from Norfolk sustained serious injuries and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. The man’s condition has now deteriorated and he remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police are appealing for witnesses or any drivers with dashcam footage around the time of the collision to contact PC Milton of the Roads Policing unit on 101 quoting reference 447 of 22 May.
