mo 3 Jul 2023 | Friday when the very large towed screen in front of the Framlingham Crown fired up advertising the Tour of Britain Bridget asked what is was all about and we completely misinformed her. We now know Thursday 7 September it's coming to Fram via Debenham (so her dad can enjoy complaining about the disruption) and then on to Saxmundham.

tu 10 Jan 2023 | A white van or pick-up turned off Carlton Road into Main Street Kelsale at around 11.25am last Friday colliding with a woman cyclist. we 16 Nov 2022 | Around 10:20pm yesterday police were called by the ambulance service to reports of a stabbing on Mayflower Avenue Saxmundham. The victim a 19 year old man was taken to hospital with stab wounds to his back, arms and side. He remains in a stable condition and his injuries aren't thought to be life threatening. A 29 year old man was arrested around 4am this morning on suspicion of attempted murder and is being held at Martlesham.
A further call was made to police by the ambulance service around 10:30pm yesterday reporting an assault in Lincoln Avenue. Police are investigating in connection with the attempted murder. The 18 year old male victim was struck in the face with an item by a number of males outside the property sustaining injury to his nose. The local community will notice an increased police presence in the area for the time being and a crime scene remains in place in Mayflower Avenue. fr 8 Apr 2022 | Between 11:30am and 12 midday the Monday before last 28 March in the Saxmundham Waitrose car park a woman returned to her black Toyota Prius to find two men near the car which was jacked up with some sort of wedge. She asked what they were doing, they lowered the car, picked up their tools, got into a blue vehicle and drove off.
