sa 30 Jan 2021 | Gedgrave - Two pregnant sheep killed Police are appealing for witnesses and reminding dog owners to keep their pets under control, after sheep were killed in Gedgrave near Orford. The incident occurred at some time between Thursday 21 January and yesterday, Wednesday 27 January, in a field near to the river wall. Two pregnant ewes were attacked and killed in a suspected dog attack. As a result officers remind dog walkers to ensure they keep they their pets under control when walking through fields with livestock. |

The incident occurred at around 3.10pm on Tuesday 12 January in a field near Aldeburgh Road. Two dogs were running loose and entered a large flock of pregnant ewes, causing some of them to fall over and be distressed.
